P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 19th March, 2019, the Applicant has deposited the said amount mentioned therein, in the Registry of this Court.

The note put up by the Registry supports the said fact. In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 19th March, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station is waived.
