The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to register an F.I.R. and thereafter transfer the investigation to any impartial investigation agency.

Learned APP placed on record a report dated 25th August, 2015 by police inspector, Chakan police station. The report shows that in pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, F.I.R. bearing 153/15 is registered against 9 accused for offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code on 27th March, 2015. In the light of report, the prayer seeking relief for direction to register the F.I.R. is rendered infructuous. So far as the prayer seeking direction to transfer the investigation to

2 5) wp1141-15 an impartial investigation agency is concerned, we find that the investigation is in progress. Suffice to direct the concerned investigation officer to carry out investigation expeditiously and file report before the concerned Magistrate.

Subject to above, the petition is dismissed.
