Respondent No.2 in C.R.A. has taken out this application for directing the applicant in C.R.A. to amend the cause title in the manner set out in the application and carry out the consequential amendments.

It is common ground between the parties that respondents No.1, 3 and 7 in C.R.A. died on 12.04.2012, 10.04.2005 and 22.11.2013 respectively. No steps have been taken so far for bringing legal representatives of these respondents on record.

Mr. Siodia submitted that applicant herein / respondent No.2 in C.R.A. claims to have purchased the property from rest of the respondents. Applicant / respondent No.2 is relative of respondents No.1, 3 and 7. Ms Shetty does not dispute this position and assures that she will give details such as name and addresses of legal representatives of respondents No.1, 3 and 7 within one week from today.

In view thereof, C.R.A. stands abated qua respondents No.1, 3 and 7 with liberty to the applicant to take out appropriate proceedings. Order accordingly. C.A. is disposed of.
