Heard Mr. Phanse, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Shinde, the learned APP for the State. 2.

The Senior P. I., Manikpur Police Station has fled a report in terms of the order passed by this Court. 3.

It is reported that respondent no.2 is not available at the address furnished in the petition. Respondent no.2 has reportedly sold the house prior to two years and her whereabouts are not known to the persons in the vicinity. Despite diligent search, the respondent no.2 could not be traced.

In view of the aforesaid report, the prayer of the 1/2

43-IA1018-2020INWP1732-2016.DOC petitioner to serve respondent no.2 by way of substituted service in the nature of paper publication appears justifable. 5.

Hence the following order:

: ORDER :

(i) The application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).

(ii) Notice of this petition be published in one national and one local newspaper.

(iii) The petitioner shall fle the copies of the paper publication alongwith an affdavit of service. (iv) Application stands disposed of.
