This is an application for condonation of delay of 38 days in preferring the Appeal. The applicant has been convicted vide Judgment and order dated 01.12.2022 for offence under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 & 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short ' POCSO Act').
