By this Application, the Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with the investigation of Crime No.16 of 2022 registered with Mahad Police Station, under Section 143, 147, 149, 323, 327, 342, 504, 506, 386 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant has submitted that there are cross cases arising out of the said incident.
