DATE : 29 JULY 2022 P.C. :- On 15 July 2022 the statement of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the Petition is not pressed as regard the Petitioner No.2, who will apply for discharge was recorded and the Petition was to continue for the Petitioner No.1. Leave to amend was granted. The only amendment that is carried out is in the title. As rightly pointed out by the Respondents, the averments in the Petition are all in respect of the Petitioner No.2 and no amendment is carried out at all, in pleadings.

Therefore, we grant leave to the Petitioner to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition on behalf of the Petitioner No.1 and circulate the same.
