(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) SMITA RAJNIKANT JOSHI P.C:- After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this Application, learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly. However, she submits that the DNA report is still awaited. The victim has given her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., absolving the Applicant. Considering this peculiar case, the trial can be expedited and the Trial Judge can be requested to complete the trial within a period of four months from today.

Learned Trial Judge is requested to complete the trial within a period of four months from today. (ii) The Investigating Agency will make all efforts to get the DNA report at the earliest.
