1] The learned Counsel for the respective parties submitted that, the parties herein have amicably settled the matter and the consent terms for divorce by mutual consent are filed in Petition No.A 2355 of 2016 before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. A photo coy of the said consent terms are tendred in the Court. The same are taken on record. 2] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 20th April 2017 is confirmed.
