1] The Petitioner-prisoner seeks reduction/waiver of fine amount.

2] Learned APP has produced before the Court communication sent by the Deputy Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison dated 1st January, 2020 which shows that the prisoner has completed his prison term and paid fine. Therefore, he was released from prison on 19th July, 2014. The said communication is taken on record and marked as Exhibit A.
