The Demand Draft of Rs.2,50,000/- drawn on IDBI Bank is permitted to be deposited with the Registrar (Judicial), Appellate Side, High Court, Bombay. Investigating Officer shall be entitled to collect the said amount.

In that view of the matter and having regard to the fact that earlier the Applicants have deposited an amount of Rs.9,50,000/-, adinterim protection granted earlier stands confirmed. In addition that - (A) In the event of arrest in Crime No. 29 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 read with Section 34
2/2 Yadav 36.aba.511.18 of the Indian Penal Code the Applicants be released on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties each in the like amount.
(B) The Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
(C) The Applicants shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
(D) The Applicants shall furnish their contact number, permanent address of their abode with the Investigating Officer. 3.
