This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.10571/2018 which was dismissed for non removal of office objections within the stipulated period by an Order dated 27.02.2019 passed by the Registrar, Judicial-I.

There is a delay of 450 days in filing the present Application. Perusal of Application would indicate that, sufficient cause is made out for restoration of Writ Petition. However, taking into consideration the inordinate delay in filing the present Application, this Court deems it appropriate to impose a cost of Rs.3000/- upon the Applicant/Petitioner to be paid to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai within a period of

Subject to payment of cost, the delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) & (b). 4.

The Applicant/Petitioner is directed to remove all office objections, if not removed prior to this, within a period of two weeks from today as a last chance, failing which the Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
