We have taken the three affidavits tendered by Mr. Bubna today on record. We have perused the same with the assistance of Mr.Bubna. We accept the apology of the three officials and caution them that hereafter they must avoid a situation whereby the Court would be approached by the aggrieved party like the petitioners complaining that the orders of the Court, though communicated, were not abided by but disobeyed by the Authorities.

Once the Authorities have said that the structures involved in the writ petition would be proceeded against strictly in accordance with law, then, all the more, we do not wish to revive these proceedings, which stand disposed of by the main order. The proceedings shall be treated as closed and finally disposed off.
