1) The learned APP at the outset submits that application seeking ism

2 4.706.17 ba enlargement on bail was withdrawn before this Court on 03/03/2017. Needless to say that present application was filed before filing of the chargesheet i.e. on 17/03/2017. There is a change in circumstance and Judicial discipline warrants that the applicant approach Sessions Court after filing of the charge-sheet.

2) On this ground, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that he would approach the Sessions Court in changed circumstances under section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3) Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The learned Sessions Court shall consider the application on its own merits. 4) Applications stand dismissed as withdrawn.
