This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with C.R. No. 24 of 2021 registered with Highgrounds Police Station, Bangalore City for offences under Sections 406 & 420 of Indian Penal Code. Manish S. Thatte Manish S. It is submitted that the applicants are permanent residents of Mumbai. Some of them are senior citizen. It is submitted that on account of pandemic situation some reasonable time may be given to approach the appropriate Court for relief. Considering the Sajakali Jamadar

502-2-aba-788-2021.doc submission, protection can be granted to the applicants for a period of two weeks.

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with in C.R. No. 24 of 2021 registered with High Grounds Police Station, Bangalore City the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount; (ii) This interim protection under Section 438 is granted to applicants for a period of two weeks from today to enable them to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.
