On hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the fact that the Second Appeal is admitted, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), subject to the modification that such injunction, not to create third party interest, would be applicable only in respect of Gat No. 26 of village Matane, Taluka Deola, District Nashik.
