Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has completed the course, but mark-sheet and degree certificate and other documents are not handed over.

The caste claim of the Petitioner is invalidated. The Writ Petition is admitted. Naturally, the Petitioner will not be entitled for benefit of reservation unless the Petitioner succeeds in the writ petition. 3.

We are not inclined to allow the prayer for grant of degree certificate, however if there is no other impediment then Respondent may issue mark-sheet to the Petitioner.
