Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that they alongwith with their respective clients will meet on 6th April, 2022 to negotiate an amicable resolution of the dispute. It is also agreed by learned Counsel for the wife that since the matter before the Family Court is scheduled on 16th April, 2022, the wife would give access of minor daughter Advita to the husband in the premises of the Family Court in presence of child Counselor on that day.

In view of the above, orders issuing arrest warrants dated 14.03.2022 in RD No. 397/2019 and RD No. 44/2022 are set aside. 4.

The Interim Application to stand disposed of accordingly. All contentions are kept open.

List the Family Court Appeal alongwith IA(ST)/13272/2021 on 13th June, 2022 for directions.
