The Petitioner has filed an additional affidavit pursuant to our earlier order dated 13th March, 2019. The same is taken on record.

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, as well as the learned APP have drawn our attention to the fact that during pendency of this petition for habeas corpus, the victim female child and the accused have been apprehended, and the accused is in the judicial custody. As per the directions of the Child Welfare Committee, the victim female has been sent to the 1 / 2

In view of the subsequent developments, this petition for habeas corpus is disposed of, keeping open the appropriate course of action to the Petitioner to seek appropriate permission, if she wants return or meet the victim female child.
