P.C.:- This is an Application for condonation of 294 days delay in preferring the Revision Application.

Mr. Udaipuri, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 has filed a detailed reply. He vehemently opposed the Application and submitted that no proper explanation has been given by the Applicant while filing the Application for condonation of delay.

However, for the reasons stated in the Application and in 1/2

ssm 2 4-appr167.18.doc the interest of justice, I am inclined to condone the delay subject to condition that, the Applicant shall pay a costs of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of three weeks from today. It is made clear that, the payment of costs shall be condition precedent for condonation of delay.

Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
