It is informed at the bar that due to health issues learned Counsel Shri Khairnar would not be available as he is indisposed. It is also submitted across the bar that Mr. Khairnar had returned the papers to the petitioners long time back. In any case, the impugned order is dated 24/10/2013, whereas the Petition itself was filed on 10/2/2014. The Petition therefore, stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
