P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court, if the Trial arising out of CR No. 77 of 2016 registered with Vikroli Police Station, District Mumbai, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 453 of 2016 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Leave and liberty granted.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
