This is an Application for recalling the order dated 28.01.2021 passed by this Court dismissing the Appeal for want of prosecution and also for recalling the order dismissing the Civil Application as infructuous.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the order dated 28.01.2021 is recalled. The Second Appeal No.353 of 2017 and Civil Application No.759 of 2017 are restored to fle. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
