This petition is filed to direct respondent No.2 to re-investigate the offence registered vide C.R.No.14 of 2014 with Jaisingpur Police Station, Dist.Kolhapur.

Mrs. Sonawane, learned APP having taken instructions, makes a statement that the investigation into C.R.No.14 of 2014 is already completed and charge-sheet is also filed before the concerned Magistrate.

In the light of the statement made by learned APP, the petitioner can make out his grievance by filing an application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. We, therefore, are not inclined to invoke the extraordinary jurisdiction conferred upon this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
