1) The applicant was granted interim relief by an order dated 20.3.2017. The reasons for grant of interim relief are mentioned in the said order. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that during the course of interrogation by the police on stipulated dates he has also surrendered his cell phone along with simcard. It prima facie appears from the record that there was love affair between the applicant and the complainant and it is because of dis-like of the mother of the applicant about the complaint, it could not result in marriage and the present crime is registered.

2) In view thereof, the applicant has made out a case for pre arrest bail. The interim order dated 20.3.2017 is hereby confirmed.

3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.)
