Heard the learned Advocates for the parties. The Applicant and Respondent are present in Court. By consent, the following order is passed : (i) Divorce Petition No.2203 of 2016 pending before the Family Court at Bandra as well as Domestic Violence Application No.164 of 2016 pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ulhasnagar, are transferred to the court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan, Dist. Thane.

(ii)The Civil Judge, Sr. Division is requested to dispose off the Petition/Application within a period of six months from the date of this order. (iii)The parties shall appear before the Civil Judge, Sr. Division at Kalyan on 10 th July, 2017 and obtain necessary directions. (iv)The learned Judge shall not grant adjournments to either side unless ssp 1/2
