This application is for condonation of delay in preferring this Appeal against the order dated 4.11.2015, by which ad-interim relief is refused in the Notice of Motion and the Notice of Motion is also dismissed. Considering that the order is passed in the year 2015 and the appeal is circulated for first the time in the year 2016 and also in the year 2019, no case is made out to condone condone the delay especially having regard to the fact that the suit is of the year 2014. Hence both the application and the Appeal are dismissed with no order as to costs.
