Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out the case for early hearing of the Writ Petition. Hence, the following order:- (i) Hearing of Writ Petition No. 4578 of 2011 is expedited. (ii) Registry is directed to place Writ Petition No. 4578 of 2011 for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of expedited matters.

(iii)Interim Application is disposed of accordingly. (iv)No order as to costs.
