Civil Application No. 242/2017 is taken out by the State Government seeking condonation of delay of 176 days in filing the First Appeal against the judgment and award dated 2nd February, 2007 passed by the 11th Ad-hoc Additional District Judge, Pune in L.A.R. No. 27/1993.

Civil Application No. 242/2017 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). First Appeal is directed to be registered and upon registration, issue notice to the respondent, returnable after 4 weeks.
