1] The petitioner has impugned the Order dated 23.11.2017 passed by the respondent No.1-The Grievance Rederessal Committee in Appeal No.236 of 2017.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in view of the Government Circular dated 16th May 2018, the petitioner will file a fresh application, as may be permissible under the law, before the respondent No.3 i.e. the Deputy Collector and therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Leave and liberty granted.
