Learned Counsel for the appellant-insurer prays for stay of implementation and execution of the impugned Award dated 8th January, 2018 passed by the Member, MACT, Mumbai in Motor Accident Claim Application No. 154 of 2017.

Subject to deposit of decreetal amount with accrued interest within four weeks in the MACT, Mumbai, there shall be stay to the impugned Award as above.
