We are convinced that the petitioner has no knowledge about lis he has raised before this Court, including the knowledge of differentiation between the reader, lecturer and professor. After hearing the petitioner in person, his only answer is that he got inspired to file the petition because of the news item. Apart from that, he took help of one Milind Patil, Diploma Engineer, from Pune.

After hearing Mr.Anturkar, for some time, the petitioner expresses his desire to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, without expressing our opinion on merits of the Public Interest Litigation.
