Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased respondent Dr. Kanayalal Alimchand Purwani, who died on 27.01.2016. The Civil Application is filed on 09.03.2016 i.e. within time.

Adv. Mr.Kulkarni submits that he received instructions to appear on behalf of the legal heirs of deceased respondent. He submits that he has no objection if Civil Application is allowed.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, no-objection given by the advocate for the legal heirs of the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

8.207.16-cac respondent and since the Civil Application is filed within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) The applicant is permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased sole respondent in the Civil Revision Application within 2 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

b) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Civil Revision Application as well as pending Civil Application, if any, on the Advocate for the legal heirs of deceased Respondent, immediately thereafter.

c) The learned counsel for the legal heirs waives service in Civil Revision Application. d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
