Mr. Mohite, the learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 17th April 2017, his client has deposited an amount of Rs.28,08,120/- by way of demand draft in the Registry of this Court. That the Registry has already issued a receipt in that behalf.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by order dated 24th March 2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to report to the concerned police station is hereby waived. 3.
