1] This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenges two communications dated 2nd November 2018 issued by respondent No.3 Senior Intelligence Officer (DRI). The impugned communications direct IDBI Bank Limited and Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited to freeze amounts of Rs.73.95 Lakhs and Rs.5.23 Lakhs respectively of the petitioners' accounts with the banks.

2] Mr. J.B. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, states that both the impugned communications have been withdrawn by letters dated 3rd July 2019 addressed to the two banks.

3] In the above view, Mr. Shah, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition. 4] Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
