The previous application for bail was already rejected on merits. By this application, the Applicant seeks temporary bail for 10 days for performing religious rituals of his deceased Uncle, who had expired on 19th February, 2017. The present application, has rendered infructuous due to lapse of time. Hence, the same is accordingly dismissed.
