This is an application for cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the Respondent by an Order dated 25.04.2011 by this Court. The Applicant appeared in person and fairly submitted that in the present case, the evidence of the witnesses have already been recorded and the Trial Court has reached the stage of Section 313 of Cr.P.C. In view thereof, the present application for cancellation of anticipatory bail does not survive and is accordingly, disposed off. The Applicant herein is at liberty to file an application for compensation if so advised, before the Trial Court seized of trial of Session Case No. 155 of 2011 before pronouncement of Judgment in the said case.
