The grievance of the Petitioner is that in spite of the Communication dated 20th April, 2012 (Exhibit-F) sent by the Education Officer (Secondary)- Respondent No.2, the Banda Navbharat Shikshan Prasarak Mandal/ManagementRespondent No.3 has not complied with the said letter dated 20th April, 2012 as yet. The learned counsel for Respondent No.3-Management submits that the said letter appears to be sent way back in the year 2012, and therefore, submits that Aswale 1/2

p.8.wp.4586.16.doc in case there is no compliance made by the Management till date, the Management shall comply the said letter dated 20th April, 2012 and submit the requisite information to the Education Officer-Respondent No.2 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, as agreed to by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No.3 to furnish the details if not already furnished as mentioned in the letter addressed to it by the Education Officer-Respondent No.2 within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Education Officer-Respondent No.2 shall examine the proposal of the Petitioner and shall take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of such information from Respondent No.3. With the aforesaid directions, the Petition is disposed of.
