Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the election to the subject Gram Panchayat is already over. Issue raised in this petition was in respect of formation of ward and due to passage of time, this petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that although this petition has become infructuous, as and when the occasion arises, the petitioners be permitted to raise appropriate grievances in respect of the voters' list.

Needless to mention that the petitioners would raise appropriate issues in accordance with law as and when the occasion would arise. We do not express any opinion on the same. In view of the statement, as above, petition stands dismissed as infructuous. (S. B. SHUKRE, J.) (NARESH H. PATIL,J.)
