The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that the yesterday caste validity certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

Though belatedly, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has complied with the order of which breach is complained of.

Hence, no case is made out to proceed further in this contempt petition. Accordingly, notice issued on 17th April 2018 is discharged and the petition is disposed of.
