Heard both sides. Perused the application and the annexures thereto. A specific statement is made in the application that the applicant is convicted for the offences mentioned in para 2 of this application, but sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/-. He was also convicted for the offence punishable under section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for a period of 3 months. There are no separate sentences awarded for the offence punishable under section 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and J.V.Salunke,PA

906-APPA.432.2018.doc section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. All sentences are to run concurrently. The applicant was on bail during the trial. 2.
