The Petitioners herein have challenged the order dated 13/01/2021 whereby the learned Small Causes Court & C.J.S.D., Pune has allowed the Amendment Application at Exhibit - 114 filed by the Respondent/Applicant in Special Civil Suit No.200823/2013. 2.

In the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Respondent/ Applicant, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application for Amendment. Leave is granted. In view of withdrawal of the Application for Amendment, the impugned order would not stand. The Petition stands disposed of in above terms. In the event, the Amendment is already carried out, the amended pleadings be struck off.
