In view of the common judgment and order passed today in Writ Petition No.4427 of 2001 and Writ Petition No.1734 of 2002 whereby the Petitioner's entitlement to the post of Head Master and difference in emoluments w.e.f. 1 April 1995 till 1 September 1998 (when he was promoted to the post of Head Master) is upheld, it is not necessary to decide this Petition wherein the Petitioner is challenging the order dated 26 February 2001 of the School Tribunal setting aside his appointment to the post of Assistant Head Master and essentially seeking difference in emoluments as Assistant Head Master w.e.f. 16 March 1998 till 1 September 1998.
