31-APL-326-2018.odt DATED :

4 JULY 2022 P.C. :- .

The learned APP states that the prosecution intends to submit a closure report (c-summary), however, in light of the interim order passed in these Applications, the investigating authorities are unable to do so. Since that is the course of action decided to be adopted by the investigating agency, it is not necessary to keep the Applications pending. As depending on the further steps that are taken pursuant to the submission of the closure report, parties have their remedies open. Accordingly, the Criminal Applications are disposed of.
