Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 2 of 2018 is pending. The learned counsel for the parties states that hearing in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No. 2 of 2018 is scheduled before the District Judge at Daman on 15th of March, 2019.

The parties / learned counsel for the parties to appear before the learned District Judge at Daman on 15th March, 2019 as scheduled. On this date, the learned District Judge is requested to give a clear date not later than 31st of March 2019 for hearing of the appeal itself on merits. The hearing of the appeal to commence Halemath 1/2

The learned District Judge at Daman is directed to dispose of the Appeal as expeditiously as possible but in any case on or before 31st June, 2019. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the various contentions and issues raised by the parties. Accordingly, all contentions of all parties are left open to be decided by the learned District Judge at Daman on their own merits in accordance with law.
