1] This is an application for relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail by an order dated 4th January 2016 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2100 of 2015 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai. By the said Order, the applicant was directed to attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Thursday.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that after completion of investigation, the police have already filed chargesheet and the applicant is regularly attending all dates before the Trial Court.

In view thereof, the said condition to attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday and Thursday is hereby waived. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Trial Court on each and every dates. 3] The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
