Record indicates that, the application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicant on bail was rejected by this Court by its Order dated 10th January 2018.

Learned A.P.P. has tendered across the bar a photocopy of nominal role in jail of the Appellant. The said document is signed by the Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur. It is stated therein that, as the Appellant has undergone entire sentence, he has been released from jail on 30th November 2019. The said document is taken on record.

As the Appellant has already undergone entire sentence imposed upon him, it appears that he is no more interested in pursuing present Appeal. Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
