1] By the present Application, the Applicant seek urgent hearing of the Appeal, since the bail was refused to him by this Court and he is incarcerated for 7 years.

2] Since the Record and Proceedings with Paperbook is received, I deem it appropriate to list the Appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 03.07.2023.

3] The learned counsel for the Appellant and the learned APP shall collect paper book from the Registry so that the Appeal can be heard finally as directed above.
