This is an application seeking relaxation of condition imposed upon the applicant while granting bail vide order dated 25/04/2015 by this Court (Coram: Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.). Applicant was directed to attend the police station on every Friday between 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. till filing of chargesheet. 2) Learned counsel for the applicant rightly submits that offence is registered in the year 2011 and till today, charge-sheet is not filed. In view of this, she seeks modification of order. Applicant is a woman and it is difficult ism

(ii) Applicant shall report to concerned police station on first Sunday of every month till October 2015.
