The respective counsel appearing for the petitioner and Respondent Nos.2 to 6 jointly state that the matrimonial dispute has attained finality as it is amicably settled in Supreme Court mediation center. Settlement is also recorded by the Hon'ble Apex Court vide its order dated 28/2/2017.
